VAG ZETA®-XL is a resilient-seated knife-gate valve in fully flanged design, sealing in both flow directions, with integrated scraper system and free flow passage. Operation via pneumatic actuator. Suitable for use as shut-off valve in waste-water applications, in dams, in power plants and in industry.

Full-flange design, both as wafer type and for pipeline end installation, without additional counter flange at full differential pressure
Horizontal and axial guiding of the knife on flexible plastic sliding rails
Full-flange design with unrestricted flow passage
Leakproof from both flow directions
Specially shaped horizontal sealing with double quad ring profile and integrated PTFE sliding rails for reducing operation forces
Scraper installed on both sides of the plate to clean the knife
Cast iron parts: Epoxy coated
