VAG EROX®plus Penstock is a stainless steel shut-off and control valve with open or closed frame design for wall-mounting. Particularly sturdy design with a newly developed, patented sealing system. Square opening, leak-tightness EN 1266-A, non-rising stem. Suitable for applications with stringent requirements in terms of tightness in wastewater systems, in municipal sewage treatment plants, in storm-water retention basins, in flood and damage protection as well as in industrial sewage treatment plants and in power plants.

Compact valve with self-contained frame design for wall mounting with anchors
Non-rising stem and integrated stem bearing
Rotatable stem nut
Seal between valve and wall mounted to the valve and ready for operation
Patented VAG sliding wedge system between gate and frame
Vibration-free guiding of the gate over the entire travel; can be used in intermediate positions as control valve
Improved leak-tightness by interlocking system between gate and top traverse (sizes 700x700…1800x1800)
Integrated and chambered profiled seal
Sturdy welded structure; components dip pickled and passivated
Sealing system/standard:
- Four side sealing
- Leak-tightness (on-seat and off-seat pressure) according to EN 12266-2 rate A
Square opening for wall mounting with anchors

Sealing system: Wastewater resistant and UV-resistant EPDM
Frame design: Stainless steel A2 (AISI 304)
Spindle: Stainless steel 1.4057 (AISI 431)
Gate: Stainless steel A2 (AISI 304)
Stem: Stainless steel grade 1.4057
Stem nut: Zinc-free bronze (wastewater resistant)

All stainless steel parts: Dip pickled and passivated
