Askalon's service - certified partner once more

- It is a security for the customer to always have an expert close by. And it makes us proud.

This is how Niklas Nordin, after sales manager at Askalon, describes the new certification from Emerson.

Askalon has once again been accredited to perform service on all Emerson valves in Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and Finland - as the only company.

- We have a long history as an accredited service provider for Fisher control valves, but three years ago we expanded the scope to also include shut-off and safety valves. We have now been re-certified, says Niklas Nordin.

Jonathan Edman is asset manager at Askalon. He talks about the extensive inspection recently carried out at Askalon's headquarters by a representative from Emerson in England.

- Emerson ensures that we follow their high standards. They control our routines, processes, workshops and equipment.

What does the certification mean for Askalon?

- That we are a branded workshop that has access to expert competence from Emerson and networks within Emerson. We have access to special software that only accredited companies have, answers Niklas Nordin and points out that the so-called ASP – accredited service partner – distinguishes Askalon from other service companies on the market.

- We are also as good as we are thanks to our colleagues. For example, we always have product experts just a phone call away.

Jonathan Edman tells that Askalon's training courses are also certified by Emerson.

- We have certified teachers who offer training of a very high standard both internally and to our customers.

What does the certification mean for your customers?

- Safety, Jonathan Edman answers directly. Thanks to the certification, we maintain quality throughout our operations. We are always updated.

- If the customer buys Emerson valves from us, they can feel secure that there is a service organization that can take care of the products, there is support at all levels.

The certification applies to the service of Emerson's pressure relief valves, control valves, and isolation valves.
